Starting the piece of reporting about yesterday’s meeting EBA TM Club Team express many thanks to Mr. Wayne Morris for:
positive energy he radiated and charged the audience with;
inexhaustible knowledge of people’s nature / psychology and lavish desire to share them with listeners;
 the example of rich, condensed and perfectly structured 
presentation of such affluent topic.
In a word, Monday evening brought profound and educating talk about:
* Responsibilities of a leader:
ORGANIZATION’S PROFIT / BOTTOM LINE;
ABILITY TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN BEST PEOPLE;
CREATION OF VISION / PLAN AND RESOLVING;
EFFECTIVE CULTURE MAINTAINING;
* Deployment of effective and involved listening skills in professional and personal life;
* Goals of open communication:
GET MORE INFORMATION;
MAINTAIN YOUR INTERLOCUTOR TALKING.
* The sacramental question which could change corporate culture to more positive:
 “WHAT WOULD YOU DO?”;
At the end listeners obtained a challenging task to find answers for two critical questions:
“WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE LIFE FOR YOU?”
“ARE YOU A “LIGHT” OR “DARKNESS” FOR OTHERS?”
