The topic of the master class “Talent Management Strategies That Drive Business Success”
Short description: “In addition to technical and financial capability, a company must have “people” capability.  This session will explore the components of people capability and how implementing these concepts can lead to competitive advantage in the marketplace.”

What Toastmasters’ meeting could be compared with? Sometimes it’s like a Magic Box.
At certain moment you find yourself in it and then amazing transformation happens ... 
You are inspired and charged with energy. There is a feeling that your donation is returning several times multiplied. And at least, leaving behind an ordinary day, you come out from the TM meeting renewed and in a wonderful mood.

EBA Toastmasters club kindly invites you take part in a meeting, that will take place on Tuesday, March 26 at 7 pm. We are going to host amazing speakers - Mike Bedwell, Roksolana Melnik, - that will share with you their wonderful life insights and charge you with positive energy for the whole week! Come and enjoy our friendly and positive atmoshpere by taking on roles of a Grammarian, Speech and TTS Evaluators, Timer and an Ah- counter!

The well-known definition of leadership reads:
“Leadership is a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task"!

Yes, but the question of questions remains, … HOW ???

During the 18/03/13 interactive discussion, moderated by Allen Dawson, everybody was able to look deeper in the nature of personal leading manner.

The elaborated test allowed to resolve, “To which cohort I belong: Analyticals, Drivers, Amiables, Expressives …”.

Indeed, the theme of leadership is inexhaustible, but may be because it is permanently VITAL and  PALPITATING ….

The wonderful opportunity to train all dimentions of your personality, and to reveal all achievement as a public speaker!
Just come a try, it is really a fantastic experience ....
The topic of debates is: "Money rule the World ... "

Toastmasters’ community residents believe that participation in TM meeting is the most efficient, enjoyable and affordable way of gaining great communication skills, as well as a real Leader merits! 

An unprepared Ice breaking speech, delivered by Harvey Carroll on our recent meeting was a vivid sample of self-motivated leadership.
And in general, the atmosphere of the meeting was fantastic, warm and friendly!
Striving for improvement as public speaker - Toastmasters will give you the savvy and confidence you need to express yourself effectively in any situation.

Festive atmosphere, interesting speeches, representative judges and dignified publics – all attributes of Annual Inner Speech Contest were at the highest level!

Congratulations to the Winners: Andrei Spivak – 1^st place and Gold medal; Anna Naleskina – 2-nd place and Silver award; Vasyl Khomiak – 3-rd place and Bronze distinction!

Many thanks to respected Judges headed by Julia Barchukova – Toastmasters Ukraine Area Governor.

Inner Toastmasters Speech Contest is indisputable the outstanding, friendly and supportive, platform for presenting best personal achievements as public speaker!

Date: 05/02/13 at 7.00 p.m.
Speech contests are important part of the Toastmasters International educational program. They provide an opportunity for speakers to gain an experience in public speaking competition.
These intellectual and humanitarian wrestles allow those Toastmasters who will not appear before the footlight and welcomed guests to learn by witnessing the best speaking practice.

Last Tuesday, January 15-th EBA TM Club conducted a first 2013 meeting and the first gathering according to the new schedule: ON TUESDAYS!

I will not hide, we were worried a little. Still, day changing supposed to be stressing for Club.

Found that in vain. It was awesome!

Positive, active, engaged audience; inspired speakers; bouncy evaluation team leaded by resourceful Toastmaster - created verily “oxygen cocktail”.
Next Tuesday, January 22-nd the meeting promises to be outstanding again, - an open DEBATES Session!

The topic is intriguing in truth: “Career in a big company or self-employment: what is better?"  

Toastmasters from all clubs and guests are WELCOME!

Dear friends and members of EBA Toastmasters club!

Next week we resume our regular meetings and continue our great mission to add success and power in honing your public speaking and leadership skills!
We would like to mention, however, that starting from this semester our meetings will be held on Tuesdays, address and time stays the same: 7 pm, 9/10, Dovnar-Zapolskogo str., 2-nd floor.
As always we are happy to see at our meetings and invite you to enjoy the great time we all have there while working on our self development.
