Starting the piece of reporting about yesterday’s meeting EBA TM Club Team express many thanks to Mr. Wayne Morris for:
• positive energy he radiated and charged the audience with;
• inexhaustible knowledge of people’s nature / psychology and lavish desire to share them with listeners;
• the example of rich, condensed and perfectly structured presentation of such affluent topic.

In a word, Monday evening brought profound and educating talk about:

* Responsibilities of a leader:

• ORGANIZATION’S PROFIT / BOTTOM LINE;
• ABILITY TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN BEST PEOPLE;
• CREATION OF VISION / PLAN AND RESOLVING;
• EFFECTIVE CULTURE MAINTAINING;

* Deployment of effective and involved listening skills in professional and personal life;

EBA Toastmasters business-oriented club kindly invites you to take part in a special meeting that will help you to learn and develop your communication skills.
The event will be conducted by Wayne Morris who is famous for leading strategic seminars, workshops and consulting of small and medium size companies on various management/marketing/leadership subjects in the USA and other countries.

It is without a question that communication is one of the most helpful subject matters to leaders in business today.

Each of the participants will leave the meeting with the following:
• The ability to gather information that will enable you to make better decisions
• New communication techniques that will improve your leadership skills and the culture of your company
• The ability to identify, hire, motivate and retain high performance employees

Mr. Morris has spent over 30 years in the consumer and industrial channels of distribution holding senior management positions in marketing, sales and general management with Procter and Gamble, Black and Decker, Sunbeam and the Brunswick company. 

During his career he has been leading training sessions throughout the U.S. and internationally.  These sessions included leadership seminars to key Black and Decker executives in 8 European countries.

Wayne Morris also was teaching Marketing Business sessions to Ukraine professional managers and conducting Marketing, Leadership and Open Communication seminars at the University of Wisconsin, Ukraine.

His most recent activities after leaving the corporate world includes business consulting, assisting in starting a small business in Europe, owning a small business in the United States and selling real estate. 

He is married with two children and 7 grandchildren.

The meeting will be organized thanks to our partner - Edinburgh Business School in Eastern Europe.Participation is free of charge.

The 3-rd of September brought a gift – remarkable meeting with three eximious speakers.

Eminent orator, Andrei Spivak continued Master Classes series devoted to the public speakers trade secrets.
“LIFE-CHANGING PUBLIC SPEAKING: HOW TO TALK TO YOUR BOSS AND GET PROMOTED THE WAY THE CHAMPIONS DO!”

Olena Osypchuk delivered her 2-nd project: “What is your vision, Natali?”, - moving story from personal experience.
Indeed, IT IS half of a success to create a vision of what you are striving for at the very beginning of any deal.
Thank you, Olena, for such useful reminding framed in marvelous story.

Many thanks for yesterday’s Master Class,
for your dedication to the profession, for your desire to share knowledge with people who want to study, for contribution to better understanding of the inside and outside Worlds!

•  The outer World is neutral, our attitude to the events is the only one thing which makes sense;
•  We are able (and to some extend obliged) to form and control the perception of occurrences;
•  Our own mood and emotions are derivatives of our thoughts;
•  Parents made their best in the fullness of time according to their understanding;
•  Since a certain moment people ought to take responsibility for their lives themselves; assess virtues and lacks of their personalities and act as matured people;
•  What to ask, how to deal with emotions of a person who has come to you in a depressed mood ….

On the 5-th of July, the first Officers Team 2012/13 meeting  took place.

• How to arrange and orchestrate entertaining games during Summer Picnic for All Ukrainian Toastmasters Community? 
These and a line of other vital questions composed the minutes. 

Tatyana Kostyrkina, Anna Naleskina, Olena Osypchuk, Dmytro Popov, Viktoria Skliar, Michael Sokol and Oksana Tykha, - club officers and active members, contributed a lot to create an open, constructive and fruitful discussion.

It was really a gathering of inspired, originative, keen confederates.
