Dear EBA Toastmaster Club members and welcomed Guests!

On the 24-th of January EBA TM Club is planning an Outstanding meeting!

Our Special Guest - Jimmy Hill, Psychology Professor, will present a Master-class discussion on the topic:
"The Psychology of Public Speaking and Cross-cultural Communication."

 Jimmy will examine various strategies in giving presentations and lectures, including:
-  how to "control" the classroom,
 - keep the audience  awake,
 - what to do when things go wrong.

He will provoke the discussion of:
- public speaking anxiety and how to overcome it,
- various types of presentations,
- body language and other non-verbal forms of communication.

 This is an INTERACTIVE class!

Everyone in attendance is encouraged to:
- challenge the presenter,
- ask questions,
- provide their own solutions to the invocation of speaking in Public.

The first EBA Toastmasters meeting was conducted in 2012!!!

Great start in 2012!!!
Prominent members and guests took part in Walt Disney Strategy session and performed roles of Dreamers, Critics and Realists in order to invent crazy ideas, to criticize them and analyze whether these ideas are worth to be implemented within EBA TM Club.
After vivid presentations of creative ideas delivered by Tea...m Leaders– please don’t be surprised when EBA members:
will take part in performances and plays on the stages of famous theatres
will get to the meetings by helicopters in order to avoid traffic jams
will analyze business cases and have at least 50 speech projects in their resume

Guest Anna managed to overcome her fear and win 1 vote more than experienced member in Table Topic Session as a result received chocolate bar presented by Table Topic Master Vasiliy Khomiak.
